Some courses use the Macromedia Flash plug-in. This product is free and can be downloaded and installed at registration. Any Flash® enabled device can be used to view our course.
- Do I need any special software to take this course?
You don't need any special software to use our course. All you need is a web browser and a connection to the internet.
- Can I begin the course from one computer and resume from another?
Yes. You may begin the course on one computer and resume it from a different computer. The course will automatically keep track of your progress, so when you log back into the course you will pick up where you left off.
- I'm not sure if I'm eligible to take this course. How do I find out?
States have different regulatory agencies that approve the course. These regulatory agencies have different rules on how often you can take driving education courses and the purpose of the courses can vary from state to state or court to court (insurance reduction, point reduction, etc.).
- Is the course 100% over the internet?
Yes. You won't be required to go to a class room or DMV to take the final exam. Everything can be done from the comfort of your home. Some states may require you to take a final exam at a testing site, but you will be informed at the time of registration.

Though course lengths vary from state to state, typical courses are usually varied from 4, 6, and 8 hours in length. You can start and stop the course as much as you would like.
- What will happen if I fail the final exam?
Depending on your state or court's regulations, you may have the opportunity to retake the final exam if you fail. The regulatory agency in your state mandates how many attempts you will have to take the final exam.
- How do I receive a Certificate of Completion?
After completing your course the Certificate of Completion can be downloaded or mailed to you depending on the state of the course that is completed. Several courses offer expedited delivery services.
