  1. The pages are not fully loading or loading slowly.
    • Click the "Refresh" button to reload the page .
    • Clear your temporary Internet files by clicking "Tools" on your Internet toolbar, then choosing "Internet Options," then clicking "Delete Files" (instructions for Internet Explorer).

  2. I cannot log into the course.
    • Passwords are case sensitive. Make sure you enter it in the same case that you entered it at the time of registration.
    • Make sure the course is not popping up in a separate window that is minimized or is behind the home page.
    • Disable any pop up blocker software, as this will prevent you from viewing the course.
    • Clear your temporary Internet files by clicking "Tools" on your Internet toolbar, then choosing "Internet Options," then clicking "Delete Files" (instructions for Internet Explorer).

  3. I cannot view the Media Player.

    • We suggest that you use Internet Explorer to access our course. Internet Explorer comes with Media Player.
    • Clear your temporary Internet files by clicking "Tools" on your Internet toolbar, then choosing "Internet Options", then clicking "Delete Files" (instructions for Internet Explorer).
    • Change your protocols
    • Right click in the black Media Player box and select "Options"
    • Click the "Advanced" tab
    • Click the "Change" button
    • Under "Protocols" uncheck the "UDP"
    • Place checks next to "TCP" and "Use browser proxy settings"
    • Click "OK" twice

  4. I was asked to submit a Statement of Assurance
    The Statement of Assurance may be required by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation for identity validation in online courses. Print the form, have it notarized by a notary public, copy your driver's license onto the form, and fax it to (713) 488-4102 or mail the completed form to us at the address below. You may complete the course prior to submitting your Statement of Assurance, but you must send in the form to receive a Certificate of Completion. The date you complete will be printed on your Certificate.
